My wife had a miscarriage during her first pregnancy and needed a


D&C to clear everything out. This was earlier in the pregnancy than the example in the linked article... at I think around 8 weeks, but the pregnancy was 100% non viable, so we were not "aborting" anything, but the procedure is effectively an abortion procedure.

It's just cazy to think that a medically necessary procedure such as this will not be allowed in some states because we allow busy body religious zealots to set our laws.
