Don't get me wrong. I'm against keeping classified documents in personal records, but if I remember correctly, there were a few that could be considered classified, and those were debatable - but if she broke a law and you have evidence, then prosecute. But you also haven't answered why Trump's DOJ didn't prosecute. The logical conclusion is that they didn't have a case.

The same with Trump, prosecute if guilty, though it looks like it was a lot more than just a few. I think the sentencing should be suspended though, if found guilty - just get it on the record. He shouldn't go to jail, IMO, unless some of those documents ended in Putin's or China's hands.
