Trump's team can release their search warrant (plus attachments if given) and receipts for inventory any time. What Trump's team received is NOT UNDER SEAL. I told you that it wouldn't be detailed but it should shed a bit of light why it was so urgent.

You're a UVA trained lawyer. In what world do you ever see the prosecutor divulged the underlying affidavit in an ongoing criminal investigation before a trial. #1. It could taint a potential jury. #2. It could hurt the ongoing investigation revealing sources, evidence, etc. However, the fact the DOJ could still divulge some of the underlying affidavit (redacted) with the court's approval shows how serious this matter is.

Again, Garland expressed that the search was necessary for the substantial interest of the public. They spoke to the Trump team for months. They allegedly issued a non publicized subpoena. The search warrant was supposedly the last resort. Even then, the search warrant was served discretely. It was only Trump who notified the media and politicized it. He still won't release his search warrant, etc. Maybe with Garland's statement, Trump will finally do so.

Again, I said it was an operation to secure confidential materials. They weren't looking for a smoking gun. Your extremist bullshit is tiresome.
