However, I'm cautious of accusing Trump of stealing nuclear secrets. That's a serious accusation. What we do know is that he took confidential materials to an unsecure area ... some possibly Top Secret. There are sources who claim top secret materials were found in the 15 boxes that were returned previously. That's still in question though.

What most likely happened? The moron took confidential materials as momentos / as his own ... and probably showed them off like the narcissist he is ... oblivious to the fact that it was a national security risk.
