father fled to the island during the Chinese Civil War. She went to University in the US. Her family's company is based in NYC. And while her family's company had shady dealings in China ... that how business is usually done in China. Just ask the NBA or any other American corporate. That's why Chinese Government gets crapped on all the time and deservedly so.

Ms. Chao's biggest problem was the conflict of interest when she was made the US Secretary of Transportation. The potential conflict of interest was with the United States. Guess who nominated her?

Donald Trump's remark about Ms. Chao's was an attack on all Chinese Americans. I'm guessing "Coco" is a shot at her wearing Chanel outfits. Now "Chow" was just wrong and offensive. I bet Trump heard Ms. Chao said something damning to the Jan 6th Committee.
