He wouldn't actually answer any questions, just be sullen and/or go off on

tangential diatribes, maybe with a few big teary-eyed man "Sir" anecdotes mixed in, after which he and his minions would screech about 1A and "free speech" and banana republic when he's not allowed to and instead just dismissed. The bailiff may have to drag him off the witness stand, though.
