Isn’t. This movement on the left is rising to the point of being among the chief headwinds for the dems this year.
Which is absolutely batshit crazy on their parts - if they do giftwrap Michigan to Trump, the plight of the Palestinians is very unlikely to improve. Too many of the protestors are simply enjoying the protests imo, not really trying to advance a cause. Israel isn’t going to be constrained by disinvestment by universities. It is being restrained, if not as much as many want to see, by the Biden admin more than any other force on earth right now. These protests threaten to help remove it.
May be that this won’t be a dominant theme in Nov. But it’s very hard to be confident of that.
