Colin Powell used his home PC for what he described as "housekeeping" and never sent or received classified information on it. Not classified at the time, not classified later, not classified but with the indications removed. Nobody has disputed this. He did his housekeeping on his home computer at a time that this was not illegal and not even against federal procedures.

You are somehow equating this to Hillary's efforts to permanently keep all of her official emails out of the public record, to move highly classified information from a standalone government network to one connected to the internet and to send and receive this information on her yahoo.com (or whatever it was) account? The two are not in the same universe!
