Trump is swinging his tiny orange dick around, and enough of the members are going to be cowed.

The thing is, the bill that looks good to the Freedom Caucus doesn't look all that appealing to what's left of the moderate Republicans. And you need a good portion of both to pass it. At some point, some of these guys might ask why they're moving heaven and earth to pass a bill with 17 percent support to appease a president with 37 percent support. The politics don't really add up.

It may just be a matter of saying, "Fuck it. If we pass it, it will be McConnell's problem."
