just pointing out that reasonably competent loss-prevention folks, if there are any in the Tulsa PD, would reasonably hesitate before assigning her back on the street.

Not sure whether there was a civil lawsuit on this one or not. There certainly would be a nice one if she purports to use 'reasonable force under the circumstances" on another unarmed person, resulting in a fatality or serious bodily injury, in the future.
