I don't think so.

My predictions are it passes 50-50.

Heller and Collins vote no.

The extreme right foursome will flip.

Murkowski will vote yes. There is language in that bill that is basically a give-away to Murkowski. Alaska is exempted from some of the medicaid roll-backs because of how rural the population is. The only thing in the way is the Planned Parenthood provision but I think she will roll.
