In their defense. My generation has fucked up


governance. We keep starting bullshit wars. We run up debts, leaving them with bleaker futures. Our generational leaders have mostly proven to be corrupt.

I sort of get the appeal of nationalism. Not that I don't have serious qualms about the movements leadership. And I think the movement, in the final analysis, will fail by not being inclusive enough.

But I get the disillusion pretty well.
