Colbert was talking about the staff at the WH giving TD a folder twice

a day of positive news. Could be quotes from fox entertainment, positive blogger crap or just flattering pictures of himself. Twenty-five to thirty pages in a folder once at 9.30 and again at 4.30. The WH calls it the propaganda file.

Colbert said -- Propaganda is supposed to convince the people that they should love the leader. The propaganda folder is meant to convince the leader to love himself.
