Sarah and this spokeswoman are right, it's disgusting you guys are trying to use this crap for political purposes. It's seen as petty, vindictive and dishonest by most rational people. If Obama had made that offer to a Gold Star parent, the WaPo and every other "unbiased" news source would've been slobbering all over themselves to tell us all about it ad nauseam, yet the first time we ever hear about it is when WaPo is trying to score political points and attack Trump. Yeah, because that's the role of the free press, to push a political agenda. Then you lamely try and justify it because Trump answered a question, apparently based on his first hand information from Gen. Kelly (yes, his doing that was disgusting too).

But no matter how many times they get discredited, WaPo and folks like the Maxine Waters wannabe keep feeding you this crap, and you guys swallow it hook, line and sinker. Not only are you not bothered by this petty, vindictive crap and calling it out, you can't help but rush to spread the crap. And then have a giant circle jerk along with your fellow Trump haters in the bubble. Do you honestly think that sways anyone to your position or side? Newsflash, it doesn't. It's seen for exactly what it is, cheap, vindictive, disingenuous BS, and only pushes people to dig in their heels and fight/vote against you.

That should've been an obvious lesson after last November. But clearly still a lesson not learned.
