We eat a lot more vegetables here than they do. We at out every meal, bf lunch and dinner. I was veggie deprived after a few days. It's all potatoes and bread on the side there. Maybe at home they load up on greens but here you get one, sometimes two vegetables with any meal in a restaurant.

And don't get me started on water. That's one thing we do better here. We understand the value of drinking water.
