Just TBC what exactly was Shep inaccurate about? He criticized the
use of the $145M in contributions (although his net figure of $4M seemed off) because the bulk came from a guy that had already sold his interest in the business before this deal, which seems accurate and confirmed here.
He did claim State couldn't veto the deal, which seemed wrong when I heard it, but I don't see that as a big deal. Even if it did reach her level more than they claim (which wouldn't surprise me), I'm not sure how much you can criticize her for that when none of the other agencies vetoed it either.
Incomplete I can see, but what am I missing on the inaccuracies?
