The onion is being peeled back across society. This is not about politics, and certainly not about political party. It's about people in power in all walks of life, and the way society, mostly unknowingly, conspires to conceal and ultimately facilitate abuses like this. Taxpayers are actually helping fund the effort in such an obvious way. That really drives it home.

It does bother me how some people play politics with this. I'll call out the other party all day long and just ignore the exact same circumstances in my own party. But I don't think that's the dominant thing going on - I think there is an excellent chance that society really is no longer willing to conspire with powerful people getting their sexual jollies by forcing themselves on those they think they lord over.

The Office of Compliance slush fund needs to go away immediately. It's a tiny part of the swamp, but it needs to be drained yesterday.
