guy that's crying and scared shitless trying to comply with multiple confusing and contradictory directions from a cop screaming he's going to shoot him while pointing an AR-15 at him and you don't see anything wrong with what the cop did.

I wouldn't take too much comfort in the fact that the jury agreed with you. A jury in San Francisco rendered a pretty head scratching decision the Kate Steinle case just recently too.

One thing I'm quite certain of is police departments need to figure out better screening processes to keep people like Philip Brailsford and yourself from being anywhere near a gun and position of authority.
