A bit of a tangent, but the ACP here in Virginia

I thought lefty environmentalists and conservatives had a chance to find some common ground in opposing this natural gas pipeline from WV to NC. Conservatives generally place a high value on private property rights and keeping the government out of their lives. So it’s surprising to me how many support a pipeline that really isnt providing any meaningful job growth or other benefit to this area. It almost feels like the support is arriving from a need to oppose left wing tree huggers.
