Isn't that already required? You have to import the form information if you


buy off the exchange, and that info is somewhat provided off the W-2 (employer payment amount) for ER plans I thought.

As an aside, how can that be required if they indeed end up killing the individual mandate? Not to mention it's just a reporting requirement/cost, so in terms of gov't "fucking", we should be so lucky for them all to be so relatively painless.
