Thanks. Yes I think that's the real message, that we have a f'd up system

and can't seem to have common sense and compassion get applied. This just makes so little sense to me. Just as one point, take that he was brought here illegally at 10, which wasn't under his control, aside for a moment, how on Earth can this guy not get citizenship? If he was living in Mexico, his wife could've applied for a visa for him and he could've gone through the process to become legal (and eventually a citizen, most likely would've already been eligible by now). We saw that with the friggin shooters in San Bernadino and there's even an entire TV show about those types of "90 day fiances". But because this guy was brought here by his parents as a little kid, he can't go through that same process? Obviously if he's filing back in '04, it's not like we didn't know he was here or he's been hiding in the shadows all these years. Makes no sense whatsoever, and we should be asking questions of INS (and Congress) rather than using it as a "faux" evidence of Trump's racism (anymore than evidence of W and Obama refusing to enforce laws).
