Yes, the FBI has some culpability in this most recent case in Florida. However, based on the totality of the article you linked, your credibility is more in question than is that of the FBI.

In your defense, the cut and pasted excerpts from the article were several paragraphs into the piece. They speak to the "gray areas" of FBI culpability in other events that you listed. In addition the article does a decent job of addressing partial solutions having NOTHING to do with the FBI.
