realize that different people react differently to different drugs right? Not everyone, or even close to that, becomes addicted to opioids. Just like not everyone that tries them becomes addicted to alcohol, cigarettes, coke, gambling and so many other things. And it has little to do with just being weak willed dopers that pop them like candy in most cases. But at least you're being consistent with your answer on alchies, although I'm not sure consistency is a good thing here.

Should we ask about your cancers so we can judge you as you're doing here? Did you spend too much time outside? Smoke? Eat red meat? Drink coffee? And so on. Just want to make sure we cross off all the "weak willed" possibilities before we show you any empathy. And I take issue (not personally thankfully) with your statement about families being enablers. Certainly that can happen, or can to a point, but many families go through absolute hell trying to get the addict to quit, only to still see it end tragically (because yes, it does ultimately depend on the addict themselves).
