As i understand it, it's all somewhat moot.

The production lines that are to move overseas are to be sold overseas, as well. So, I'm not sure how our taxes would apply. That would only apply if HD was to "repatriate" them, which does not appear to be the plan for HD. Prior to this, there was already talk of HD bikes being sold overseas being manufactured overseas.
Certainly, I could be wrong. Has there been a change in plans that it will be all bikes manufactured by HD?
