millennials aren't buying, so they're wanting to build (more cheaply) where their customer base is growing. It was apparently a move they planned already. And yes, even if he put tariffs in place, I don't see how that would matter since they apparently won't be selling the bikes here. Just taxes if and when they repatriate cash, but that's already set.

Unfortunately, while it's a sensible business move, I don't think this will go well for HD since their customers (which are probably more Trump than not), and employees, don't take too kindly to HD building anywhere but here.
