That all should be a moot point if the SCOTUS wasn't used to decide debates
that should be decided at the state level. Justices are to interpret the Constitution on matters that are actually in the Constitution. We should not care whether or not an appointee is pro life. And when we do, we have today's conundrum of debating the timing of such appointees.
Change can and will happen at the state level. And it will be decided by the people, not judges. [Post edited by IB4TECH at 07/04/2018 10:51AM]
