Bill Clinton wouldn't survive in today's political landscape

Yes, Ds are being hypocrites. But, the world has changed a lot in two years - and Clinton's episode was twenty years ago. He would not get a pass today. The Dem base right now that has enthusiasm - young, progressive women - are creeped out by Bill Clinton. Some of us were too young to vote for him - he wouldn't survive today.

Edit to add this twitter thread which has a slate podcast and vox article going into detail about the Clinton accusations. These aren't right-leaning publications. Bill Clinton would not survive today.
