According to the specific statutes, regulations, and case law governing that specifically. That's not something that can be extrapolated to every corner of American criminal law.
So good luck with that line of reasoning for shutting Mueller down. It has no validity in the real world. But I'm sure it gets plenty of traction in the world of alternative facts, so I'm sure it will resonate with Trumpie nationalists.
Trump is innocent by definition in this country because he hasn't been found guilty of anything, much less even indicted. You seem to have no problem with that. But then, so is Hillary, your poor attempts at sweeping generalizations about criminal law notwithstanding. She has not been convicted of anything, much less even indicted.
