To be clear, I think lefties have the same reactions to Fox, and I think it should all stop, by and large.There's really almost no "misinformation" that gets through anywhere. The media is a critical independent check against govt - one of the many institutions of democracy people today take for granted. But the media also checks itself ferociously. And we, the politicos, the marketplace for the media, spend about 10 times as much time ranting about some media mistake than the media spent making the mistake before it corrected itself.

90% of the time its just nitpicking over some headline, or even just a single word that we don't like.
