Not sure the author of the article understood the point of CB’s statements:


But I’ll give him credit for creativity in reading into it that, contrary to what liberals/progressives say they stand for, what CB *really* wants is for the poor to suffer. Sure man, yep that’s exactly it.

Of course, the point CB was actually making was that meat production already has an enormous impact on the planet and should the expanding population keep demanding more, the impacts are going to be even more significant. I thought this article had some good information about the issue:
