Those towns are national leaders in drug ODs. Dubious distinction to be


sure. But I have no idea how their policies affect that problem one way or the other. Neither do you have any clue about Seattle, other than some narrative or belief you have about "liberal" cities. Besides, if there are indeed "safe houses" (I've never heard that), I actually think that's an excellent idea. Far better and safer for them than having them shoot up on the street or in a park, which is one area where Seattle does have a problem.
