Ok, ok. There is no way I'm coming to a reconciliation with you on this.
It's fascinating to me. The word fake means something completely different from its dictionary meaning when placed before the word news in Trumpistan. What's fake? The guy was an anti-immigration enforcement protestor, but he wasn't identified as having ties to the ever dangerous ANTIFA? I don't get it. What's the great harm from ANTIFA that we're not being shown. Massive increases in things we'd call similar to defacement of Jewish cemetaries (vandalism more than terrorism)? With all these protests all over the country over these ICE raids, we're going ballistic here over this one example of a nutjob turned violent. What's the deal? Antifa actually organized a whole lot more violence and conspired with the evil MSM to hide it? This one example just happened to slip through?
Big picture - we have evidence all over about an increase in violence from the far right, from white supremacists, from bigots and racists. Not just here, worldwide. That's when this word Antifa came into such prominent use (really, with Cville) - kind of the ultimate whatabout when people point out the increase in white supremacist and right wing terrorist violence that has accompanied the rise of the alt-right, and yes, the Trump Admin.
The "fake" for Trumpies is "we haven't been able to distort reality to make Antifa the force supplanting Islamic extremism, instead of the right wing terrorist groups". That's what "fake" means.
