An interesting study is the Drudge Report. His site has gone from

rabidly supporting Trump to at best tepidly supporting Trump in the way he posts his headlines these days. I've watched this trend over the past 4-6 months.

There are now a lot of negative Trump phrased headlines, and Drudge is very good at this. Very good. I think it speaks to the fatigue. Either one doubles down always pretending wrong is right or wears out doing so.
