... while engaged in a trade war with China. I'm befuddled.

I'm all for keeping China accountable for their less than fair economic practices ... but what are we trying to do right now? Go to the negotiations table with no leverage? This feels like VEEP.

Someone responsible, please cancel the meeting with President Xi.
