There's some truth to it. However, this Ukrainian scandal is LEGIT.

You can't ask a foreign government for dirt on a potical rival for a future election leveraging taxpayer monies. There's no way to spin it.

By the way, I do not like Matt Taibbi. He wrote a lot of inaccuracies about Wall Street and peddled it off as fact. His mentor is disgraced Rolling Stone ex editor in chief, Will Dana. Dana was okay with fabrications to push a narrative. That's why Rolling Stone's vetting process sucked. Matt Taibbi supported Sabrina Rubin Erdely and Will Dana. He has no credibility. Why are you supporting his work?
