It’s apparently a loophole the city government is fine with (and was deliberately worked into the 2014 law since they knew the Tea Baggers were going to ensure they couldn’t set up a licensing authority to regulate legit businesses), but that could change in a heartbeat. I’ve also read that the stuff they sell isn’t regulated — there is a brand they use for the vape pens that you see everywhere (Dank Vapes) and packaging that makes them look legit, but they’re essentially made in someone’s basement or garage and put into the packaging. You have no idea if youre getting one of the f’ed up pens that have been poisoning people.

Really need to just end the whole charade at this point. Its stupid to keep it on Sched 1 to begin with.
