"Let" was the wrong word, but Hunter should not, IMO, have


accepted that position. I agree with his detractors on one point - that the only thing he offered was influence with his father. I don't see any evidence that he used it, but it looked bad. And yes, I know many relatives of both GOP and Dem politicians do this. It isn't a good practice. I also know that the GOP screeches about this particular case and makes it look 10 times worse than it was.
