most of the time. Bill Clinton wasn't even the comeback kid until he finished 2nd in New Hampshire after pulling 2% in Iowas. Think he didn't win one until the 9th or 10th primary.

All we know now is that its up for grabs. Mayor Pete has mojo; but the real question imho is who takes the South. Plenty of delegates from state that would never go blue have a huge influence on the primary. I doubt Bernie does much there. Biden though ...
