No one disobeyed an order. The judge called out the prosecutors.


Judge Walton (Bush appointed) said either go forward or drop it ... otherwise this is nothing more than a banana republic. The career prosecutor in charge (Cooney) of the case completely agreed. He had no retort.

On the day the sealed court documents were to go public due to the Freedom of Information Act, the DOJ conveniently dropped the charges. No one was obeying or disobeying orders. They dropped it because the DOJ couldn't get an indictment and the judge clearly called them out. The prosecutors had no other option to the alleged dismay of Trump. They got embarrassed.

Please vet the unsealed court documents before spouting off. Nothing annoys me more than ignorant people. Intelligence might be genetic, but ignorance is a choice.
