Hooda is the modern day Don Quixote, continuously jousting in defense
of the indefensible. Billions of dollars are spent on political advertising during presidential year elections. Wealthy and astute donors fund a lot of that. Savvy political consultants decide when and where and on what constituency it is spent.
So, are we to believe (by way of Hooda's logic) that all of these people are pissing away all of this money with no expectation of reward or return on their investment?
