I think we'll be fine on water here outside of Rochester, NY

One small finger lake is the main water supply, and if there's any problem with that running low, well there's 10 other Finger Lakes and that beast known as Lake Ontario in a pinch.

Upstate NY has some drawbacks (IE, Winter), but no earthquakes, tornadoes or hurricanes, and we might be pretty much the last place in the world that's going to have a water shortage.
