It is in fact the governments responsibility to ensure that a world wide


pandemic has a minimal impact on it’s citizens as possible. Who is to blame for not acting responsibly by not properly preparing via testing or having the ability to test. Whose propaganda machine has been obfuscating and minimizing the potential impact. So fuck yeah this total failure is on the federal government and the fool at the helm.
