2. Is wrong

As pointed out to me previously on this board, Donnie didn't call it a hoax.

What he DID say is that how he would handle it would be the next Dem/Media gotcha hoax.

So while he wasn't calling the virus itself a hoax, he WAS attempting to inoculate himself against future failures be preemptively calling all stories about them media hoaxes. Not a whole heck of a lot better.
