How many of the threats are they warned about in November and October and September. What was the probability of this threat versus all those others, The probability of that at that time not the probability we this it had now looking back with our wonderful hindsight bias?

We have a great ability to look back at something and think it was inevitable and easily predictable when in reality it was not.

If instead of a pandemic we had a major volcanic eruption how many reports would be comming out about how we were not prepared for major volcanic eruption. What about another major terrorist attack. An astroid headed towards earth, a tsunami, a massive blizzard, a massive hurricane, massive cyber attack, war.
