Yes, but he has a platform and he holds an office.


Biden is only a candidate and right now and a private citizen. His ability to affect policy is nil, especially now, since he isn't really campaigning.

Bernie is one of a 100 senators and little of a platform from which to speak as well. His campaign is on hold too.

Cuomo is doing what good public servants are supposed to do, and have traditionally done, essentially the basic blocking and tackling of their jobs. Those who can't do their jobs spend their time posturing, blaming others, and holding daily press briefings devoid of useful information but replete with lies and misinformation. Cuomo is an example of the rule and Trump is the exception.
