Brazil is perhaps one to look at for heat-

The US had 57 deaths March 14, Brazil had 59 March 25, so Brazil is ~11 days behind.

March 19 the US had 206 deaths, March 30 Brazil had 163. A little slower rate of increase, bunch of other factors of course (travel, age, population, policies, health care access, etc), but somewhat comparable.
