They are a win at all costs operation. Nothing else matters. Turns out baselessly accusing your political opponents of murder works and is not too extreme or crazy at all for Republican voters. They'll believe anything, and even if they don't believe you they'll still support you to the end of the earth while you're being a despicable liar.
