Go further than same sex marriage. How about the acceptance of the

LBGTQ community as a whole. I am so proud of the millennial (and younger) generations for pushing for gender equality in many respects. Still not totally there but I have been very impressed by the progress in a fairly short time span. Some southern states are still wtf but by and large the country has come around. This was done generally peacefully but with considerable and consistent effort.
