Huh? Not familiar with that, but when I was a kid, we had the Presidential

Physical Fitness award for achieving certain times / reps in things like the 50 yard dash, pull-ups, broad jump, etc. I remember getting my awards signed by Carter & Reagan.

I don't think this is about Trump and would assume previously they were signed by Obama, but I could be wrong since I'm not familiar with this specific award.
