Another campaign promise he broke - repeal and replace

Regardless of how you feel about the ACA (huge flaws IMHO), Donald Trump and Republican majorities in the House and Senate couldn't get it done. What we have right now is Trumpcare or McConnellcare - can't blame the previous administration at this stage of the game.

Still wonder why they haven't dusted off Richard Nixon's healthcare proposals.
